Deeply in Love Sim hasn't Fallen in Love

My sims just got engaged after having a baby together and they both received the deeply in love sentiment. However, when I look at the milestones, only one of them has the fallen in love milestone. How can my sim be both deeply in love and yet not fallen in love at the same time? I'm so confused.

If they did not live in the same household when they're started dating, the then unplayed Sim will not receive the fall in love milestone. Could that be the issue in your case?

That would be the problem then. The two sims did live in different households until they met and started flirting with each other. The sim that asked to move into the household is the one that didn't get the milestone. Oh well, I guess he can have an affair sometime and get it.

I need to check on my Sims. They fell in Crush while Teens. I've been waiting for that to change to love. They are now YAs with four children, happily married when their children aren't causing a ruckus. The Crush used to turn to Love upon aging up. I'm disappointed.

Maxis needs to fix that with an Update.

Hmm…that is odd. A couple in one of my saves didn’t live together until several sim weeks, almost 2 seasons (28 day seasons), after they were married and they both have the “fell in love” milestone. So its not a requirement that they live together first. Johnny is missing the got engaged milestone however. Which is odd because he proposed. Milestones don’t disappear anymore but they’re definitely still glitchy.
