HELP! My sims 4 won't get off the loading screen. The "top tips" at the bottom are still changing and the green diamond is spinning along with the music still playing but it has been like that for over 2 hours. I can get out of sims 4 and on to my computer's screen but I can not close the game at all, unlike my other tabs on the "taskbar". I don't have any custom content. If anyone could help me out that would be great. The only solutions to this problem has been to get rid of CC but I don't have any, so any other solution would be much appreciated. I have had my sims 4 for over a year now and it has never done this before. I have had the tab open for 2 weeks but haven't been on it. <br />
