Ah, ok. Thanks! :) Edit: In case anyone's interested, I think I found the sweater from the second picture. It's called Cats & Dogs Sweater Recolor and was created by voidboredom.
Oof. I honestly thought I replied to everyone and then completely forgot about this thread. I'm so, so sorry, I can be such a scatterbrained mess sometimes. @Morkovka Your pictures are always so crisp and clear and a joy to look at! Also, your idea of layering really helped a lot. Choosing hot and cold outfits now seems…
This might be the very first pack I won't buy, but, to be honest, I was never really into university. (Also, I hate studying in real life. lol) The only things which really caught my attention are the facial piercings and the shower woohoo. Still not worth 40 bucks, though, especially since there's a huge variety of CC and…
@SimGuruGraham @SimGuruNinja Any chance the sages from the trailer will be uploaded to the gallery? Recreating them isn't an option for everyone, and a lot of us would like to have the "real deal" in our game.
@Ancaryvan I didn't know Carl makes videos! Thanks for posting them. :) Personally, I still enjoy LGR's reviews a lot. It took me a while to give them a try because I thought he only bashes the game – at least this was the impression I got from the forums. Fact is, he doesn't. He does make his snarky remarks, but let's be…
@AHolyToilet The Sims 4 isn't really free of races or let's say cultures. We have hijabs and turbans in the game, just to name two of many examples. There are a lot of different facial features from all around the world in CAS, so that as many simmers (real people of different races and cultures) as possible feel…
I wish I could embrace my core personality more often. Right now it's layered with insecurity, mental illness… You know, unpleasant things that cover up the real deal. But I'm working on it, and it's getting better. :)
I mainly recreate characters from movies and TV shows and their most distinctive features are their faces. Custom poses allow me to put the focus on that when I upload my sims to the gallery. Plus, the default ones simply don't fit certain personalities.
I definitely recommend checking out jools-simming's Drifter's Wonders. It was created long before Realm of Magic but fits it perfectly. Still some of my favorite custom content of all time. :)
Huh. Why do we have Morgyn, Grace and Tomax then? They look pretty developed to me. Who cares? Why don't we have the other sages? No. lol Why should we make sims which are already existing? Why didn't they add them in the first place or simply uploaded them to the gallery? Takes far less time than recreating them.
I spent the last weeks with reading through this thread and loved it! I'm looking forward to participate one day, but right now I'm still busy with editing all the premade families and lots. It takes forever. :astonished: @Becka28 Alana and Brock really were made for each other, huh? For me personally, they're a bit like…
The kids are adorable! :relaxed: And yes, I definitely plan to play with Grace and Tomax as well. Grace is lovely, I think I like her the most from all the RoM premades.
@Scobre I agree, they really come off as robotic sometimes. I was an avid Sims 2 player and am missing several features from it. Unrequited love, sims holding grudges, bootlickers (I don't know how they're called in English). Mostly tiny features, but they still added a lot to the gameplay in my opinion.
The Sims 4 has been out for five years now. If you don't like it by now, you probably won't start enjoying it in the future. I honestly doubt they'll change major things in the gameplay anytime soon. (Still hoping for an attraction system and zodiac signs, though. Loved that stuff.) Personally, although I agree it's…
