  They should just coordinate with whoever is in charge of creating the promotional Sims better and get them in the game upon release, preferably included in the installation.
  
  They've been having this problem ever since the Pancake Family. If you recall the original meme, Bob, and especially, Eliza, look pretty different from their original appearance. Kinda comes off as messy, but then again, what do you expect from the same iteration that green lit the absurd rebranding.
