Thanks! I was about to start a legacy so I wanted to make sure I got all this culling stuff taken care off. LoveMcQueen you mentioned ghosts, are ghosts from a legacy household still in danger of being culled even with MC Controller installed?
Hi can anyone help me? I have installed MC Controller but I'm not sure how you use it to manage game population/culling exactly. Do I simply select "bypass sim culling" and "relationship culling" and that's it, go back to enjoying the game? or will I need to now manually cull sims so the population doesn't get out of hand.…
Looks great! I like how you didn't actually change the building itself just tweaked it to your liking. That's what I usually do as well but more from laziness than anything else lol. However, how does one go about editing the work places in the first place? Every time I try to it gives me the message "you cannot enter…
unfortunately I think your sims may have been culled. My sim had an office romance with one of her coworkers and then suddenly he was gone. Read this link http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/disappearing-sims/
Obviously this mechanic appears to be overtuned in some games and not others as I've yet to get abducted. Hopefully they will patch in a fix as I can see this getting really really annoying. Is it a 100% chance of them coming back pregnant once abducted?
Sim4 townies definitely have much more variety and personality than sims3 townies and I do find myself getting attached to them. I recently had some of my fave townies culled. Now any of them that I like I grab them up and put them all in a house together.
I've only had trouble finding the correct suspect one time. The clues pointed to a female blonde geek sim wearing a short skirt. I sent out several APBs but there was never a sim matching this description at the locations. I eventually noticed that there was always this one sim that was present even though they did not…
yea you can back into earlier saves and it would be interesting to see if the same sims get culled or not, that way we may be able to figure of if its a pattern or if its just random. I heard saving sims to a household may prevent them from being culled so I have moved all her new coworkers into a house together to see if…
FYI Found the culprit in case anyone else was wondering. I had not heard of this before and I can see this getting really irritating but at least its not a bug in my game its apparently a "feature" http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/disappearing-sims/
I'm sorry to hear that. I have had motions sickness from games (mainly mmos') and it usually because the FOV is too small for me, have you tried scrolling as far out as possible? When your FOV is constrained any small movements of the camera is magnified. edit cus autocorrect changed mmos to moms lol
Is there anyway to not patch the game until mods are updated? or are you forced to patch to play the game? I haven't fired up the game since the patch hit but I know with my sims3 I disabled automatic updates so I could wait until my mods were updated before patching
I like to turn automatic updates off, just in case I need to update my mods first. I haven't tried playing since the patch so am I reading correctly that you will not be able to play the game without patching?
Really… so no one should ever post their creative works anywhere because if they do that gives some random person the right to just take their work and do what they want with it? So it's now the OPs fault she got plagiarized because she decided to share her work, ridiculous. Also that quote about flattery is a bunch of…
I may not be a big deal to you, but ask the original creator what they think before saying it's not. Some people won't mind some people will mind a great deal.
