Talking about NPCs, there were no employees in the store... so it was obviously not open. I just don't understand why. There were no "alarms" when the owner placed those items couple days ago. Now I wonder what version my game is, LOL... I skipped the latest patch, but I think I go the earlier ones.

Oh... 7 days will equal to 5 sim years in my rotation, which will be about 2 real life years... I realize that crystal trees might not be a common thing around here, or botanical cheating might be obligatory LOL.

Silly question kind of related... but off topic, I often add wind turbine to some houses that are NOT off the grid lots. Now I suddenly realize that those objects might only work on off-the-grid lots? Same for the solar panels. Will they have any cost reduction effect on ordinary lots?

I've read a 40 pages long thread over at the QA forum, and it seems the problem has to do with memory within the game, regardless of For Rent. Will these events happen if I create 3 rentable units but there is no assigned landlord? Anyway, I play rotationally and if such bugs occur I can just move on to another household. It's the corruption bug I worry more about, but with less than 99 units and no related mods I take it that I will be pretty safe.

Congrats @simgirl1010 on all those gold winnings! Is it possible to go for the ultimate champ multiple times, is there a cool down period? There are other situations in game where sims find items, without actually picing them up. Like when in Horse Ranch you cut praerie grass, your sim will find lots of different stuff, but this is just added to inventory and with a pop-up info top-right corner, no animation. I assume it is the same when finding simoleons…

Awesome @Atreya33! I started a similar project long ago but forgot all about it long before it was completed, and I didn't even know same hand/different fingers etc was a thing back then. This is very useful both for creating and for picking what to actually wear.

Hm, I thought those spirits were connected to the haunted lot and not the sim. But if it left with him he must be either a paranormal inspector or residing a haunted lot, perhaps? I never saw a visiting sim bring a spirit (spector?) like that. At least it was green, so it should not cause any problems...
