Definitely death by illness; every illness we have- even the 'serious' ones that require surgery, resolves itself in time. I like the idea of your sim dying if you don't take him/her to the hospital for treatment. Makes the stakes in the game a little more real

A great feature of the older sims games was that you could register yourself as self employed. I hate how, in the game now, my characters are considered unemployed. I miss the island paradise pack so much! It was so fun to be able to run a hotel as a business, and the diving skill was amazing! I miss the mermaids too, and the ability to have house boats. I would love it if they could bring this back into the Sims 4!

Yes, for sure. Definitely miss this EP. I liked how you were able to skip ahead several levels in your career if you had been to college; it made the game play feel much more realistic.

Yes! Tanning/sunburns need to be brought back!!!! It would be nice to be able to build snow-men, make snow angels, and have the holidays come up in the calendar like they did in the Sims 3 as well.

Nectar making and scuba diving were two of my favorite skills; I definitely miss those! I would also really like to see a glass-blowing skill added; it's something we've never had in the sims and has a lot of potential. An entire pack could be designed around that one- (doors, windows, decorative items, coffee tables, etc).
