You cant watch the patients if your playing on 3! Run as many tests as you can do efficiently, that will rule out illnesses and leaving you with less to guess from. I don't bother trying to fill the beds or cure all the patients that's not the point. I do watch the patients in line for those whose illnesses I can immediately identify.
