Today, my Sim had the aspiration to move away from her evil parents home, and start a fresh in the town of Evergreen Harbor. She packed her things, and left. Her dream was always to be famous, so she knew that the best thing to do was to make friends on the main strip of Del Sol Valley. She made friends with Dirk Dreamer,…
Thank you! I'll try at some point haha. It's in fences, I think it's basegame! I think it adds a bit of separation, but almost like it's supposed to be there to match the wood. haha
Turns out I'll be getting the mod. Changing the sinks didn't work. Thanks for the link, my friend. I just WISH they would sort this out without mods, it's a known problem.
I've been in every option of this poll one time or another, but lately, I just have a few essential script mods. These are things such as MCCC, UI Extension, SOL, Bank loans, higher-paid acting, SimDa dating app, etc. I do have to say though. If I ever fall into a CC rabbit hole, I only go for Maxis Match as it fits the…
Open world, to me, gives you so much freedom! I personally hate loading screens, always have and always will. It's 2020. It should be a must IMO. I can live without them since we have to, but for things such as in actual neighbourhoods, it should be an open world at least, and for apartments. If the open world isn't a…
I have yet to finish, but I've made a cute little home and I'd like to share :) HoseokMolly on the gallery if you want to download this 5% furnished haha.
Hey, I'm Molly. I've playing Sims since I was a child. Now I'm 21.. still playing the Sims.. still feeling like a child (but I guess there isn't anything wrong with that, haha.) I took a break from Sims and got a First BA Honors degree in Music, but now I'm done, I've been simming LIKE CRAZY - Happy days!!
So... UPDATE. All of a sudden, the lag calmed down to a manageable state. I don't know what happened. I DID download/install a new driver update that I was notified as available by NVIDIA. Maybe it helped. Not sure.
A little off topic, but do you mean the MC Command Center?! I heard a lot about this mod recently, and I didn't know it even existed until this week, what is it? I have the UI Extension mod, is it something similar?
Fair enough. I didn't see her tweet, but I'll try this when I need to. I hope it's fixed soon (I know the gurus are probably trying their hardest right now..) but I just don't want to keep having to turn off script mods every time I want to build.
I started a new save, didn't help with this issue - however, the glitches I had with the calendar, beds etc that WERE addressed in the latest patch, stopped, even before the patch was released.
Yeah, one of the favourite things in the sims is building. I'm patient most times but this lag is just painful. What is usually a half an hour job is taking me double the time.
Yeah.. It's annoying. I would do that but I feel like it'd just ruin the whole look of my house plan. Sigh, I wish there was a fix too. I saw when researching a fix that one of the Guru's said it was on the list for things to fix but not exactly a priorty since it doesn't stop the functioning of the game... in a forum post…
@Colton147147 Hi there! Thank you for your response. I took all this into consideration. I think I may purchase this one instead, since the other doesn't have wireless connection. http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/desktop-pc-monitors/desktop-pcs/gaming-pcs/asus-republic-of-gamers-g20aj-gaming-pc-10028325-pdt.html
Thanks everyone! I decided to scrap the house.. I got really annoyed, and rage quit. After a few hours.. I searched around and got some inspiration. I used this as an inspirational guide: And came up with this:
Don't worry. It's nothing bad. I was just curious to see how they moved under the quilt while woohooing. So I looked, and it just so happened to be when one of them had their leg out of the bedding. I found it amusing.
