Where do people see this cart icon? In Live-mode? Main menu...? I've not seen it, probably because I have Tmex Better Build/Buy.

I don't know how to make sims suffer, and if I did, I probably wouldn't have the heart to do so.

Desktop PC for me, always. My old laptop can't even run solitaire properly. I have played sims on PS2 back in the day, but haven't done that in quite some time.

Top spot goes to Vampires. Second Spellcaster, third Mersims. Other than those, I play ordinary human sims the most. Aging off, always. Its a hassle when townies get babies, though. Unless I enter all those houses to age them up, they will be babies forever.

I have no idea how many sims I've played, but its certainly more than 100. I have many saves, around 30 I think. I play anything from 1 to 20 households. Actually, there's only one save where I play 1 house, which is my first ever sim (from the CAS demo) and her family.

I go months without playing, and I really don't want to bother with cancelling and starting a sub frequently. I just end up paying for something I don't use. And I already pay for an MMORPG sub, and that's quite enough for me.

Expansion/gamepack/stuff - got them all Kits - missing a few, and I suspect I'll never want to get them either. I refuse to buy Bust the Dust, for example.

I usually move all screenshots to my external drive, by save. I rarely sort by household as well, unless there are a minimum of 5 shots. Some times, when I want to share a shot, I upload to Imgur.

I leave them alone, like I do with all premades. Especially the married with kids sims. I never start with a ready&done family, and I never break up a home. I was JUST thinking the same. The more I read about Rene/TS5, the less I want to actually invest in it. Paralives and LBY are looking better and better, and I wouldn't be surprised if I got both eventually, and skipped TS5 alltogether.

I've only had a played sim win once, Bobby Builder. Incidentally, he was only going to playtest my builds, so wasn't really going to play him much. I'll say that changed pretty fast.

I can only think of 1 off the top of my head, Raft. Which does have co-op, but also playing solo, you need to have an internet connection for certain features/game mechanics to function.

This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. We've known for a while now that TS5 will have multiplayer, and that nobody HAS to play with anyone else if they don't choose to do so. I almost always pick Independent trait for my tots. Angelic is good too. Also, I'm a control freak so they are never off doing mischief. none of my tots or kids make messes. I always have basements, unless my sims live on a beach lot. Some times I have a home gym down there, or a study room. But, more often than not I have a basement for storing collectibles and paintings/prints. My sims usually don't have access to the collectible room, because they will spend all their time looking at frogs.

I do this for my sims, especially with twins. Bake cake, put candles on it, first sim blows out candles. Nobody grabs a bite autonomously, light candles again, next sim blows out candles (or same sim, depending). Cake goes into trash bin or recycler.

I think so :D I'm under the impression that MOST simmers look forward to them. I'm not that excited myself. I'll try them at least once, of course, before I have much opinion on them. I do actually HOPE they are worth playing with.

I suppose they're there to create the weirdness of the city, along with the sims you occasionally see running around covered in only a towel. Exciting nightlife in San Myshuno :D
