Glad people got a kick out of the Sookie Stackhouse reference. I have not had the opportunity to watch the show, but I've read a few of the novels.

Lot address, size, and final cost: On Pinochle Point - 30X30 - $225K
Details and Rational: Tried to create a home that met the criteria and hopefully is as modern as is expected XD
Took a while, but I got there in the end and so basically:
Ground floor - Kitchen, pantry, garage, party room, bar, pool, bathroom.
First floor - Entry, drawing room, media room, balconies, bar, office, bathroom.
Second floor - 5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, balcony, hallway/bridge thingo (connects two parts of upper level)
Credit to any simmers for custom content you used: The Zebra print rug in the media room (unknown source).

great challenge Addict, I'm so excited by the new expansion but I wont be getting it until I get back from my trip. Which leads me to say that I won't be able to continue judging I will miss it so much, but I'm going to be gone for 9 months in an around-the-world trip
So to everybody from B-n-S thank you for this great time, it is been a true pleasure to judge all the fabulous builds and also a pleasure to take part in all the fabulous challenges B-n-S has had.

Tota, good luck on your trip - where are you heading first? My friend is currently doing the same thing and jst about to head to New Zealand before hitting South America on a 3 month tour If you happen to meet a man that looks like he hasn't washed or shaved for a monh or so, that could well be him

I'm so excited to try this challenge. I've never done modern before, but I'm sure going to try. Good thing I have weekends off so I can give it a try. I'll have to see about trying LN, depends on if I get it on time with the new job now.

I have read the novels and watched every episode. But I must say I much prefer the books. I'm not a fan of the direction the show is going. All I can say is I hope when Game of Thrones comes out that it follows those books much closer... Fingers crossed.
