So what do you have your graphic settings, and gameplay settings on?
When my computer worked(need a new power supply) I had maxed graphic settings and all the default gameplay settings. My graphic card is a Nvidia geforce 9600gt .
Used to be highest detail for everything until one of my RAM cards died now it's lowest deatail on everything and it's still slower than it used to be but still playable thankfully.
I love my graphics! Exquisite detail, sharpness and color blending, which make for beautiful pictures.
I have a 20" monitor and my screen resolution is set at 1600 x 900 dpi.
In game, my screen image is set at 1280 x 768 (5:3). All settings are set at high or very high, except High Detail Lots, which is set at 4 (so my rendering/redrawing is a bit slow, not bad, but it helps prevent crashes).
I have an NVidia GeForce 9500 GS, with V-sync forced on, so my fps holds steady between 16-65 fps.
With my graphic card nvidia geforce 9800 i'm suppose to play the game on high settings, but cause of my freezing problem i was adviced to play with my graphic settings on medium.
Everything I have is maxed except for draw distance and tree detail. My computer doesn't have enough ram, and my monitor does not have the proper refresh-rate-ability for it -_-
