  I had the same issue. Then it crashed and I had to reinstall the game and packs. now store content says it's installed but isn't there when i launch. some said try turning off game overlay

  Turning off the game overlay in the EA App has worked for me but I'm afraid there is no guarantee it'll do the same for everyone.

  Thank you guys for the help. I tested on one of the thing I am downloading and it worked. Now off to download more stuff.
