Off Topic a bit, got logged out and dont know password, need help

Recently I lost access to Microsoft edge somehow and that's where I always sign into various things. I got logged out of Sims Forums and its asking for a password, I just checked my black book where I write things like passwords. Accounts data and I never wrote down my password. So, I was able to get in this site somehow, but I may have to eventually know my password and I've checked my account info on this site and cannot find any password info. Does anyone know what I should do next? How can I find out my password? Who do I contatc if I need to reset my password? Hopefully I don't lose access to my account on sims forums,

I thought he was automatically logged in and just concerned that he might need his password in the future if he's unable to log in.

Yeah, he's around a lot. I think his duty is to monitor the Forums, but I could be wrong. He's a nice guy.

@simgirl1010 Honestly Im not sure what happened, I tried to go to Sims forums and It said password needed, then I finally found a possible password.....I put it in and it said, you dont have a password/never created one for this account. After that It tells you a link that you need to click on...everytime I tried to click on it, there was an error getting to the destination. Or something to that effect it said....So Im gonna try what Galactic girl says, and I tried the link you gave me, and it was to much to digest at the time so I wasnt able to get any use out of it or understand it very well. But I might look back into it if somethind else doesnt work.

your forum password is same as your origin/ea account password I think so if you remember that then it is that one

and i think you have to use email instead of the nick in the first box

if you do not remember your origin password then you can reset it when logging in to origin with forgot your password thing that sends link to your email so you can reset it to new one
