I'm not the best builder and bad at taking pics lol but heres something I made real quick for one of my family's.
Its a market place space.

An actual build, not a reno! Stacked container eco house with a lot of greenery! This is the Luxurious Box Living, tour available here. It's based on the house I built for my main!
Please thank my tester, a human Caleb Vatore, for that last work of art
I used the OMSP shelf to get it at that level and then actually rotated the camera to an outside perspective, and held Alt - bit tricky, but it worked in the end!

Note: The top level room I forgot the wall cover as it has a ladder into it I did not notice. Also I missed some fence at rear balcony by the table/bbq, sorry as I was rushing, hand and back pain. This was Fun from about 5am to 5pm phew, but I love everything in this pack!
There are 9 Dumpsters, 4 Insect Farms multiples of all machines/workbenches, 6 bathrooms and 2 singe bedrooms in the basement next to a small gym.
Art is by SurfChicCreation (Recycle) and others by me (City Art) The Trash Truck is by PeonySilverymoon it was slightly changed by me.

@luckyheather that looks great! As soon as I can chuck my hubby off the computer I'm going in game to see (I guess I have to let him have at least half hour on the pc this weekend lol).
@ryttu3k is that a greenhouse? Omg it's amazing! All of your builds are Will have to go check those that are available out in the Gallery today Might try my own hand at a container home but I don't think it'll be anywhere near as good.
@DaB1gV For that fact that big builds intimidate you, you did one h* of a job though! Looks fantastic. And it fits so oddly well into that otherwise standard neighborhood, totally the people that went "err let us show you what a real 2020 house looks like, neighbors" lol @Cheekybits Love that market!! Went for something similar and it looks sooo much less good than this.

My Leslie Knope is about to start campaigning to turn it into a beautiful garden/park. It's here on the gallery if anyone wants to check it out.

Thanks to ladders, a working lofted tiny house! This took a bit of experimenting to work out, seriously! Lofted tiny, full tour here!
So excited it actually worked, I've been wanting ladders solely to do something like this!
@DaB1gV thank you, I love how it turned out! And ooh, gotcha - I wasn't using the shelf while building this, it was in my noCC save (which I turn all mods off for). Will definitely remember it for other builds!
@SimTrippy it is! I got the idea from MrPeelNZ on Reddit to use the Moschino windows for it, they work really well! The roof is glass, and I drew up walls between each set of windows and used spandrels to get the fancy beams! Thank you for the lovely comment!
In an unsurprising turn of events, I have finally taken my time to turn the Caboose into what it's always been in my mind: a family restaurant! On the menu, primarily pizza, ice cream, and beer, of course
All these builds look amazing! So many fun, modern yet colorful and clutterful builds! :blush: Really loving the vibe Eco Living offers, and what we can do with it. @ryttu3k love what you did with the bar. Now THAT is something I wouldn't mind visiting once a week or so. And the cutesy factor of your tiny lofted house is through the roof! You really are cranking out great builds!

Some "lifestyle pictures" - btw if you guys have slow restaurants, ALWAYS put in 2 kitchens. Sims get their food so much faster then, just tested it and it sill holds true

That sounds like such a fun idea - please share it if you do. I want to start making a few other characters. I might make a Ron Swanson who is a master woodcrafter and he petitions against the community garden and any NAPs Leslie supports just because.
