I like Rark. They'd be a power couple for sure, battling the haters together. (Well, Mark's haters, Roderick has none... maybe Will.)
But I'm shipping Roderick and Charlotte in a weird way. There's the two I think would do pretty well with her: Will and Goober, and then Roderick/Char is like my guilty pleasure couple.
