    Scobre's CC recolors

    So I just started off recolor hair for the first time thanks to the help from BobSkellington. It is the first CC I've shared ever with the Sims community, so I'm still a newbie at it. I haven't attempted CC myself since the Sims 1, so it has been awhile. I hope you all like it. I'll try to share other recolor hairs too. It is unisex and works on Teen-elders and aliens. Textures were used from hair texture search from Google.

      Thank you and yes it is my favorite too actually. It was actually the first recolor I did just to see if multi-color was possible or not.

      Wow these look awesome. Do you think you might do some for children? I always wanted the kids to be able to get the parents hair color. This person started it here http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/838214/unnatural-hair-colours-are-now-genetic#latest but she didn't continue with it so it only works up until Get to Work. I thought if you wanted to start with the children, you might want to see how she did it. She explains it to some extent.

      Anyway, good work. :) I really like the blue one.

      I could try some recolors for children's hairstyles. I probably don't have time to work on it today since Sundays are busy for me. But I'll try this upcoming week.

      Yeah I just started learning so I don't know how it ties to genetics sorry. :( I did make one for children today.       Well, you don't have to tie it to genetics really. I think the last person just made the colors for kids available so when the game searches for a hair color it will find it. I talked to Deaderpool and you can't alter genetics. SO the best we can do is make the colors available for kids that are available for adults. If you watch genetics now, what happens is ...say the kid is supposed to inherit pink hair for example. Well the game searches for it but the option is not there so it picks blonde. When they age up to teens, it will pick pink IF it is available..or at least it should.

      BUT when it is available it will pick pink. So, all you have to do it make the hair color available for kids and let the game do the rest. At least, it is working in my game.
