    How do I get an HQ avatar?

    I'm glad avatars are finally back!

    How do you make your avatar high quality, though? I've tried adjusting the size of mine a bunch of times, but it's still always slightly blurry. I thought it was normal, but ive looked around and a bunch of people have really crisp and clear avatars.

      I just saved mine as a .png and it seems to work fine
      (the funky colors on mine are because of bad edit, not quality)

      Didn't know avatars were allowed again until this topic. I'm on a lot of other forums without an avatar, but I kind of want to find one for this forum simply because they weren't allowed for so long.

      When I try to put a profile picture, it says 'this has been disabled'? Anyone know a solution?

      It's because you're a new member, new members do not have the ability to change their avatar.

      As for getting High Quality avatars, a lot of it may depend on the setting of your graphics in the game. Those with lower end computers may not be able to play with their graphics settings on high, but there are other ways you can improve the quality of your pictures. You can sharpen your pictures a smidge. I usually sharpen mine by one click, two is the maximum. Also, saving and uploading in png format also helps keep the quality. I use programs such as Gimp and Irfanview from time to time and I use a site called www.picmonkey.com to add text or add cute little stickers if I ever feel like it plus cute little borders from time to time.
