Moonstruck1, I love the plumbot opening its present! What did it get, I'm curious? (I don't have ITF yet, but I'm hoping to get it soon. Plumbots look like fun.)
Sorry not answering earlier! Had a super busy time just before the holidays.
My sims inventories are always full of stuff but the only item I did not recognize from before was the "Me too" megaphone, lol. So unfortunately no new trait chip
Yes, plumbots are great fun and extremely useful to have around the house for lazy sims. Hope you had a great holidays!
Here's my last screenshot. New year's eve in Monte Vista with my sim family.
Wish everyone a happy new year ahead!
I've got a few pictures of the condo complex in the Sims2 where my Jankowskys are living.
I built this condo complex as Social Assistance housing for my Sims in Sims 2 because the game would never give them enough money to start out with for anything else after buying their house and they'd be too broke to buy the clothing they'd need for the seasons.I also didn't like having to rush them into jobs right away in a total panic. That's where the Mansion and Gardens SP came in to use with the apartments and allowed me to build apartments to provide financial aid to newcomers.
Here's the rooftop of the condo complex.
This is the upper floor of the complex where other residents live.
Here's the ground floor and where the Jankowskys have their condo unit.
I've been playing Sims 2 a lot lately and found myself wishing Sims 3 had a setting in the options to switch Story Progression to run Sims 2 style because I'd choose to run it that way if there was a setting for it without having to resort to Mods.
I've got a story I've been posting called Fargo Stories using Sims 2 with a link below.
HAPPY SNOWFLAKE DAY,hope that everyone's been having a super holiday and had many wonderful memories to cherish with their family this holiday season.I love playing with sims2 as well and would love to try and play it again now that I know how to create houses better and see what I could come up with.

I've got something special to help anybody else who might have to send their computer to the shop for repairs like I did recently.I can link to what I did just so I could still post here and stay in touch even on my old computer and it's HERE.
Feel free to post more winter pictures everyone. I"m soon going to be taking some new winter pics for this thread that arn't toward night meaning they will be at noon the brightest time of the sim day.
Snowflake Day is over but Winter isn't. They will probebly be unsticking this thread but I have it bookmarked and suggest you do the same. I've enjoyed seeing everyones pictures of thier sims celebrating the holidays and doing winter activities.
I made myself a new signature with a picture link and I've got instructions for how it's done.I used Flickr for the picture hosting site because it's the easiest to find.
Here's a link to using IMAGE LINKS for your signatures and how to create one.
I have that for my new signature and the link is working in mine as it should be.I made sure the instructions were very easy to understand for anybody. They also should be very easy to follow because there's pictures with them to show you what to do.

I never realized these present lights could have their color changed. This is a good thing.
