I think if you have outdoor gamepack then you can use herbalism to make a cream as well, let me see what I can find. But I am not sure but I think this is the one you can buy on a computer

Calming Skin Balm an herbalism ointment or a Milk and Honey soak should work as well work. Also helps with itching from the Fire Leaf plants.
You could also use the Moodlet solver potions from the rewards.
My Sims have been stung a few times by the bees. They keep a Bee Box, silly Sims. But other than a moodlet, the stings don't seem to bother them much. No need for a spray or ointment. Unless this plays into your scenario …
