Has Anyone Else Seen This Weird "Life Skills" feature?

I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this in their game?
My game has been acting a little weird ever since the new updates.. and one of the weirdest things happened. In my sims bio something called "Life Skills" temporarily replaced his fame tracker. The arrows were constantly moving up in down in positive and negative directions.
I checked to see if this other sims had it and if it had possibly been a new feature from the update; but none of my other sims had it and after awhile the "Life Skills" went away and his Fame Tracker was back.
I was wondering if this happened to anyone else
