Also I think the title should be "City Win" because of how many times it was corrected from Town. And you know, City just deserves that extra recognition.

It's true that the person who is right smack in the middle of a wagon does not necessarily mean they are mafia, especially when the wagon is on someone like Cavapoo. XD In fact, this is something that cannot be calculated cuz when you vote, you don't even know if anyone is gonna vote after you or how many people there would be voting after you.
