    I really want some aspects of House Flipper in sims 4!

    - I want sims to make a profit from buying a house, updating and remodeling them and selling it to a person or family $$$
    - I want sims to be able to make a profit from rentals they own!

      I really liked how in TS3 Sims could own businesses and got passively paid.

      I’d like them to be able to own multiple properties in TS4.

      I would really like! I played a "Fixer Upper" challenge once and it was pretty fun.
