    The heir currently has the genius and good traits. I’m planning to give him eccentric or perceptive later on, depending on his LTW. I’ve narrowed it down to the following:

      Hope I helped! I decided not to troll you with Pervasive Private Eye because it's pretty tough to do in a normal sim's lifetime.

      I think I’ll go with Paranormal Profiteer because Monster Maker seems awfully difficult.
