[Solved] How to fix CC eyes glitch

I am new to making CC for the Sims 4. I created CC eyes under the facepaint category using Sims 4 Studio and it looks fine in CAS. However, in live mode it becomes glitched out. The hair disappears off the sim and polygons or black blotches appear in the clothes. I am not sure how to fix this.

Edit:
I finally figured it out. When exporting the DDS file, I was suppose to generate mip-maps. After selecting this option, the CC now appears fine in both CAS and live mode.
