Can't find pack?

So my friend purchased 'seasons' on her xbox 1 and has received a confirmation mail and has downloaded the pack and yet it is not ig. It says at the start of the menu where all the expansion packs, game packs and stuff packs are that on seasons it says 'download to use' when pressed it just says that its downloaded alongside the other packs she owns? help please

On you're home screen, go to the sims 4 and press the 3 horizontal bars button and select expansions "don't know how it's called in english Because im dutch". From here you see what expansions are installed or are ready to install.

If it is installed and it does not show up ingame, try and full power cycle of you're xbox. Hold the xbox button on the console (not the controler) untill it shuts down. Wait 30 seconde. Restart you're xbox. And check again if the pack is still installed. Try the game next.
