You know it's going to be a rough gaming session when you have zero buiding skills and practice and yet made your mind you want to build a medium sized mediterranian residential lot.
When your immortal sim's friends drop like flies of old age, and you don't have the emotion bomb quirk. Two days with the very sad moodlet, and just as it's about to fade, another one checks out, and you get it again, and so on and so forth.

I'm lost, how can immortal die of old age? And very sorry to hear of your Sims' woes. I'm of an age where I'm experiencing loss of friends, or just people from the entertainment field. Too many. But then I'm almost 65, too.
When your male sim who has twin boys raised to YA, was abducted once and has raised that sim to child THEN gets abducted as an adult and gives birth to TWINS!!! Fortunately his YA sons are still home to help care for the twins and children.
Actually, this is weird. I don't have the disease 'Pets and Animals" pack or the "Strangeville" pack. Yet I get:
As a moodlet,
Dazzed +2
Dizzy
(From Illness)
She can't tell if it's her or the rest of the world that's spinning.
EDIT: I meant 'Cat's and Dogs' and 'Strangerville' for the disease ones.
Pretty sure that's from Get A Job. That's the first that came with diseases. One of my Sims got married with a case of that way before i got Pets and Dogs, and I dont have have Strangerville. Ironically, shes a doctor.
Pulling off a perfect wedding with a sick sim who keeps getting dizzy and several jealous exes was fun.
EDIT: And now I've just noticed I need to redo that wedding venue so there's beams to attach those chandeliers too.
EDIT: oops linked the unresized PNG instead of the JPEG, fixed that

Ah, no, my sim's friends aren't immortal, seems like I put it wrong. It's frustrating since my sim has reached the point where they become friends or good friends the very moment they introduce, so she's got a ton of friends, and the price for that is dealing with this when they go one by one.
You still got plenty to go on!

Okay I'm confused. @GalacticGal are you talking about people irl or in game? If you're talking about in game, how do you know you're 65? If you're talking about in real life, I'm sorry for you loss.

Sorry to confuse you. My question was about how immortals can die of old age, such as you have in your game. In RL I'm headed toward age 65. I only added the RL stuff as an aside, since your poor Sim was experiencing what many of us do in RL. And for the record, I refrain from saying I, when I'm talking about my Sims. I'm not my Sims.

Okay, just making sure. I'm easily confused sometimes. lol
You know it's a rough gaming session when your vampire sim has both the "sloppy drinker" and "insatiable thirst" weaknesses.
I did that once with a Max Villareal Vampire. He happily drank his way to Grandmaster in no time, clearing out clubs full of mortals! Then he went and killed Vlad and laughed with the reaper over the tombstone.
Racism is EVERYONE's fight #BLM #StopAsianHate
Let's make Liberty and Justice For All a reality.

Heh, Max has always been a shady one. xD When I picked those weaknesses I didn't realize how bad it was gonna be. Nothing a reset-cocktail (or whatever it's called) couldn't fix, though.
Your Global Celebrity with the player trait has his boyfriend over and his other boyfriend shows up for a “visit” and the boyfriends start flirting with each other. The guy walks right over to my celeb’s current boyfriend and kissed his hands and the other guy did the same. My celeb was furious. I had to pause the game and laugh because I was shocked and didn’t see that coming. He has always been a player with no repercussions. I guess he was finally getting his comeuppance. I felt sorry for him though because he’s my most favorite Sim ever. Sometimes the game will throw in a curveball when you least expect it.

I've only used the Player Trait to keep my Global Superstar's latest squeeze from going ballistic. I do think that the Road to Fame mod has been toned down a bit, because his lady fans aren't going crazy over him quite like in other iterations of the game save. His girlfriend/fiancee isn't losing it over them, either. No fun at all. LOL

On a happy note, I do have my beautiful grown-up Daughter & my Mother. I thank the Heavens for them.
