CC That I Make Doesn’t Show

Hi everyone! So i’m working on some custom content and i’m using nude meshes from the game files in S4S but i create a new nude mesh everytime but it always show the latest CC i made, not every piece. How can I fix that? I tried making one CAS Standalone and one New Mesh in the beginning before creating a package to work on so it shows two of my packages in the game now but i made 5 and it shows the latest CC only please help me out. And what’s the meaning of “CAS Standalone”?
