Sometimes it disappears in my game. You have to exit and load it again.
Maybe try to repair it too

When you enter CAS, click on add a new sim, and the book logo is the story option.

I haven't created a new sim in a while and when I did today, I didn't even see this story mode thing.

@Everyone, Create a Story is still in the game. But when you already have a saved game your playing in this is how you find it.

When you are already in a saved game, this is what you will see when you first go into CAS. You will first see some game generated sim.



To get Create a Story to show, you will need to click to make a second sim.



When you do, you will then get the Create a Story to show. Click on the little book that the arrow is pointing to.



Just delete the first sim that started when you first went into CAS.

Appreciate this! I hadn't tried story mode yet but hadn't look for it, either, and I was wondering how to start.

Yes I know how to do it but sometimes the book just disappears. I wonder if it's caused by a mod I downloaded.

I play on console,so I don't have it yet, but when I do get it, I will use the old method for my elite Sims (I use a rotational play), and the story line method that I don't play as often.

I prefer it this way because it means those who don't want to use it can more easily choose not to, yet it's also really easy to find it when you want it.
