TS4 Island Living Suggestion: Paraw Sails Should Have Colorful Paintings

I just wish Sims can have the option to paint colorful paintings to their sails to make it more colorful and entertaining to look at - not only it is very attractive to look at but also another way to increase their painting skills and also enhance their creativity. I also wish Sims can have a mini regatta competition among themselves. Both of these suggestions is similar to the Paraw Regatta of Iloilo City, Philippines, the oldest traditional craft sailing competition in Asia where colorful painted sail boats races to the finish line to win some cash and trophies.
