How To Locate My Sims Notebook / Homework?

It seems like my Sim child misplaced his notebook / homework and I could not find it anywhere in the house? She did not go elsewhere in the world but only in their house but I think she misplaced it. How can I find her notebook / homework so she can work on it? Thanks for the help...

Did you check (with walls up) the shelves? I couldn't find mine once and realized it was in the dads inventory (he helps them with homework).

If the homework is really missing, go to your bookshelf (adult sim and teen) and select Buy Books. Scroll down until you find the Homework. Child is yellow and Teen is blue :)

You can also sort the list of books by type. Select: children and it should be one of the first few things in the list.

@FairyGodMother @silverdust @ShadyLady89 I could not find it but I already found a solution. If I could not find the notebook, all I need to do is purchase one in the bookshelf by clicking purchase books and under Children's section you can find grade school homework or just homework...

if you have a maid - they always put it in the bookshelf.

@Yardenro I already found a solution. If in case my Sim could not really find their notebooks, all I need to do is to purchase a new one through the book shelves in the children's section you will find notebook and children's notebook there..
