Washing dishes in the bathroom sink...

Is anyone else having this issue? If I have dirty dishes, my sims will take it to a bathroom sink to wash them. I have played in multiple houses, and roughly 80% of the time, the bathroom sink is picked to wash dishes.
My sim will even get a glass of water from the kitchen sink, drink it, and then wash the glass in the bathroom. Any ideas on what is happening?

Try making sure that the kitchen sinks are a better quality than the bathroom sink.
