Any Good Plasma Fruit Recipe/Vampire Food CC Out There?

I've been all over the place hunting for vampire food CC online, since the two recipes we get by default just seem so bland to me. I know all about the portable plasma cooler and the plasma pack recolors out there, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I also know the CC canning station has a Plasma Fruit Jam option, and I'm debating downloading that.

I'm looking for things like quick meals (sandwiches and such) and more plasma fruit recipes (Because just one cocktail and a salad that's no more filling than a plasma pack? What the actual *colloquialism*?), maybe even some recipes that involve plasma packs. With recipes, I'm looking for basic Cooking, Gourmet Cooking, and Baking (Why no Gourmet plasma fruit pasta? Why no Plasma Fruit Pie?). Does anyone know where to find some good stuff?

Also, I don't know if it works but, I have read that if a recipe already in the game requires fruit (like pancakes do) you can use plasma-fruit and Vamps will eat it.
