Sims 4, VoiceMeeter Banana and Virtual Audio Cable

I'm using VoiceMeeter Banana and Virtual Audio Cable to manage audio for live streams so I'm not deafening myself or viewers with game sounds that may be too loud. Currently my mic, game sounds, communication apps, and music apps are playing through 3 hardware inputs and a virtual input AUX whilst all other sounds coming from the PC are coming in through the VAIO. Alas I noticed that all the Sims games are also playing through the VAIO and have no option to tell them to play through the hardware input I'm using for games. Is there any near future plans to add an option to use different sound outputs?
