Sims 4 User Interface in CAS completely disappeared!?

Hey guy's! so i'm having a big issue with my sims 4 game! basically each time i start my game and go into CAS (Create A Sim) everything disappears except for the menu and options on the right hand corner! i've tried everything, i've restarted my game a couple of times! i've took my mod's folder in and out! i've even deleted some CC and it still has the same problem! i'm getting sick of this, if anybody could help that would be great!

Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated.
Start a new game and test to see if the issue is in that new save game.
Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" and "custom music " folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder. Don't put back the mods folder.
Then test to see if the issues remain.
Then put back your mods folder and see if the issues are there. If the issues return when you put back the mods folder, then empty the mods folder and put your mods/CC back into the mods folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem. Put one item or batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue.

I tried this and my saves are now missing even though I put back my old Saves folder. It just keeps reloading the newly created game for testing. Any ideas how to get my games back? The contents of my Saves folder:
