It depends on what you're talking about. I'm very competitive, or was, at fighting sports. But I don't go through life with a competitive frame of mind, don't play one-upmanship games or have to have the last word. And in sports, good sportsmanship comes first, because winning without it, is still being a loser.

Usually me, but lately not so much. A couple of injuries (shoulder and wrist) that need medical help (and we are already saturated with medical bills) have stopped me from doing pushups or curls or any heavy lifting so I just don't feel like myself now. But I can and should still do cardio and squats, the plank, that sort of thing. Emotional state has been lousy and going and shooting hoops usually helps with that but again, the wrist and shoulder have put a stop to my doing that as well.
