No pregnant sim in the doctor career

My sim is a level 8 doctor and to be promoted she needs to redeem a baby. But whenever that task shows up no sim on the lot is pregnant.

Other simmers are also having this issue. You will need to use a cheat to promote your sim to the next level

It is not an issue. You might need to wait a couple of simdays for the pregnant sim to come there.
