New Idea for a GP or an EP: Home and Renovations

Wouldn't it be cool to have an EP or a GP(GamePack) based around Build mode, things like:
1.Different level foundations
2.Build Round Walls
3.Build Glass Walls with the wall tool and have variations like frosted, clear or frameless glass
4.Build short, medium or tall fences
5.Build round pools with round tool
6.Build round roofs
7.Ability to snap roofing to homes (like TS2 and 3 had)
8.Different shape windows-triangular, more round ones, small, medium and tall ones and oddly shaped windows, half round windows and stained glass
9.Different shape doors, odd ones and round ones like a hobbit
10.Spiral stairs and grand stairs and an option to have carpeted stairs as well as frosted glass too, L-Shape Stairs
11.Textured glass walls
12.More carpet textures and more colours to choose from
13. More floor textures and wall textures and more colours to choose from
14. More patterned wallpaper
15. Ability to have new textures for ceilings
16. Stained Glass Doors
17. More Decor items for fountains
18. More trees with lights
19. Ability to have shiny floors(very shiny)
20. Small fencing for gardens, more variety
21. Slanted pillars(poles) to hold up homes, (like in TS3 had)
22. More patterns and colours for roofs
23. More designs for letter boxes
24. Ladders for lofts
25. More importantly-smaller lots like a 10x10 would be nice!
26. Curved bridges
27. Ability to raise or lower elevation(so the house can be built on a hill)
