Locked Out of old Sims 3 account help

So I lost internet, and in fact had no internet access for several years until recently. I went on to try and access my original Sims 3 Account Angelbearpuppy but couldn't remember the password. I tried to reset it, but I can't access the email it was attached to either. The account was deleted do to inactivity or something of the sort. I can't reregister my games to a new account either, is there a way I can fix this or is all lost.

I have all the original games in their sleeves and everything.

Its very frustrating I have tried everything I can to recover the account. Yahoo just says create a new account. Throws hands up in the air. Won't help my situation.

Only EA/Origin Customer Support can help with account and game registration issues. We are mostly your fellow players here, but even the on-staff Tech Guru who passes through here on a regular basis cannot help with those.

I suggest you contact EA through the HELP/Customer Support link on the bottom of these forum pages. The exact methods of contact available will vary according to which country you are in and the time of day/time zone, but usually Live Chat and an offer to call you back by phone within a specified time are the most helpful. They tend to be very reasonable about such things once you get into a conversation with them.
