Mc Command pregnancy how to stop running checks?

I'm sort of new to Mc Command. I wanted to start impacting story progression so I explored. What I want is for sims to risky woohoo autonomously and I have that all figured out. My problem is the checks that it runs. I cant turn it off. I can only narrow down the days it is active to one day in the week. I've turned the pregnancy percent adjustment to -100 in the hopes that that would affect the checks but at least 4 sims get pregnant via the check anyway and I don't want that at all. What can I do to stop it?

I would also like to stop moving checks as well. I'm trying to keep some lots empty in each neighborhood. The option to keep a minimum of _# of homes empty seems to be overruled by the checks. Help!

I've found a solution. I just removed the populations and pregnancy files from the folder but thanks anyhow.
