What anti culling/town regulation mods do you use?

I am interested in what kind of mods you guys use to make sure your townies aren't culled/friends aren't lost when you play. I like playing with aging on and letting the town deal with itself, but I do tend to do townie makeovers and find it very annoying when the townies change so often. Any tips?

I've currently got MC Command Center with it set to stop Sim culling - it took almost a year and a half, but my game finally hit the population for townies to get culled, and I liked those particular bartenders. I also use it to stop relationship culling, which for me has all been at the acquaintance level.

Yep, MC Command Center is the one mod I will *not* play this game without.

i got it just for culling and the options just blew my mind. it took my gameplay to a whole different level!
