Rocks and Froglogs not appearing in neighbourhoods

As the title says the rocks that you get crystals, fossils and other collectibles from are not appearing when I visit neighbourhoods that my sims doesn't live in. Any help would be appreciated

Hello.
Sometimes it can take a while for the collectibles to appear in neighbourhoods where your sim is not living . Try visiting the neighbourhoods and spending more time in the neighbourhoods and eventually they should appear. Keep going back to these neighbourhoods. The more time spent there, helps them to appear.
