    My family's Daughter was very pretty, when she had a birthday, she turned into a girl with huge lips. Is there any way I can change this or am I stuck with huge lips which looks ugly ??? HELP !!!!!

      Type in cas.fulleditmode and you should be able to change them when you go into cas

      SHIFT+Click your Sim and then select 'Modify in CAS'
