Hair Disappearing in CAS After New Origin Update?

Hi all. I'm having an issue with the hair on TS4. I was going to record a CAS Makeover video of the Goth family for my YouTube channel the other day. I went to Oasis Springs (where they are located), clicked on the three dots, and then clicked on "Manage Household". When I clicked on that, it showed none of the sims with hair; they were bald but had a small patch of hair on their head. Everything was fine until the update. Is there a way to fix this? Not only that, but none of the sims I edit in CAS have hair either.

Hello.
If you have any CC or mods, remove them and see if that helps. There may be CC or mods that are conflicting with the game. You may need to download and install updated versions of the cc/mods that have been released since the latest patch.

@rosemow, I have removed all of the mods, and I even went as far as deleting Origin and installing it again. It's still doing the same thing

Delete the localthumbcache.package that is in your Documents-Electronic Arts-Sims 4 folder, and then repair the game and see if that may help. To repair the game, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

@rosemow, I didn't know that was possible. Thanks for letting me know about that. I did end up uninstalling TS4 and then re-installing it. That seemed to have fixed the issue. Although, there are one or two hair pieces that aren't showing up in the game.
