I have a Toshiba Satellite P75-A7100 and I love it. I had the P series before this one and it lasted me years, before it had an issue with gravity. ~_~ I was heartbroken. I knew this one I have now is almost the same thing, but it came with Windows 8, and I didn't want that. But you really can't avoid it these days.

That's not worth paying money for to play Sims. You want a dedicated graphics card.
