    treece01 WIP: (White) Rose Garden Promise

    Been working on this lot for a bit. NO CC or Moo. I have since finished the first floor interior and landscaping. Still need to finish the 2nd and 3rd floors. Thinking of doing different color versions; maybe red (see how tack-tastic I can make it), maybe a black and white, or pastel. Any opinions?

      Rose Garden Promise looks so very nice! :) The design and layout of it is so very nice ! The roofing looks so very great! Very nice towers! It looks very nice how you have done the balconies and patios! The curved patios look great. The water fountain features in the front areas of the home are so very nice! It looks very nice the shape of pond and how you have placed the fountain in the middle and the islands around it with the plants on them. It is nice that you have placed seat benches there for sims to enjoy sitting resting there looking at such very nice surroundings! Very nice front entrance area. It looks nice how you have the left and right hand side steps down to the fountain areas. It looks very nice how you have used the hedge fencing and arches in the build. The side garden area is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers, fountains and ballerinas there. Very nice furnishing of the ground level of the home! The layout of the rooms looks nice. It looks nice how you have placed the counters around the corner of the kitchen. Very nice dining room! The flowers on the table and the floral picture on the wall are nice for sims to see when eating their meals. The type of curtains that you have used looks nice. The bar room is nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. It looks great that you have placed statues either sides of the door.
      I will look forward to seeing what colour you decide for the exterior. It is such a very nice detailed build! The exterior looks so very great! :)

      Thanks everyone! I was hoping to have it done earlier this week but life got in the way. I uploaded some rooms that are finished though. Gonna post some pics of them in my showcase thread. Kinda bummed...I was hoping to have a red version done also...for valentines day but I don't see that happening. Thinking I should have this white one done by Friday.
