question about career rewards and houses

has anyone found out can you work your sims up in a career, get a furniture reward and then build a lot using this new reward...will someone who downloads the lot/room with these objects but not the career be able to use them?

Not to my knowledge. The only way that I can see that working is if the person who is downloading the house will be using it for a sim who has unlocked those specific rewards as well. At this point, I don't even know if those reward items are to be uploaded to the gallery.

guess ill have to max out a career to try it If it works someone could work to build rooms and a full lot of top end items but it would take some heck of a lot of work.
