      Origin provides game updates.

      We in the technical group have been told that since TS4 game is Origin-integrated for both DVD and digital versions, updating will be handled automatically through Origin.

      I think maybe in time they will build up a s4 store :) game has just released so I am pretty sure right now they are brainstorming ideas of what to come, but I myself would like to see a store eventually

      No sims 4 store DLC will be through Origin they informed everyone on the old forum before it changed to this one.

      Also, patch notes can be found inside the game, if you click on the main menu. I'm not sure how Origin handles game patches (as opposed to client patches), so you may need to go into the game to see them.
