The Sims 4 CAS not working

When I try to load the demo a small box titled "The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo" appears in the top left hand corner of the screen and a few seconds later, another box comes up saying "The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo has stopped working".
I have restarted my laptop, reinstalled Origin, reinstalled the demo, and not found much help online. Here are my system specs:

The game crashed because your graphics card is an integrated chipset. It isn't strong enough to handle gaming like The Sims.

You only have 2GB of ram, the game needs a minimum of 2 just to play and then you also have background tasks and such, so sadly you don't have enough ram to play, you need at least 4GB all together to run the game and background tasks. Also your processor just barely meets the minimum as well.
