i cant get the sims 4 demo to download

i'm downloading it on origin and i go to download it and it works fine till about half way done and then it goes from like 50% to 20% again and i can't figure out why it keeps doing this. if any one knows why it keeps doing this it would be appreciated it you could help please!!

Did you completely restart the download (Meaning cancel and start over) ?
